The products in the series have a solid 6.2 mm encapsulated sandwich base in stainless steel with a thick aluminium core that distributes the heat evenly across the base of the cookware. On the inside, the pots and pans in the series all have a four-layer PFOA and PFOS-free PTFE non-stick Slip-Let® coating, reducing the need for fat when cooking. The coating also ensures that the cookware is easy to clean. The Nordic kitchen stainless steel sauté pan with lid is extremely hard-wearing, yet of a simple and elegant design with an extra-large cooking surface. The sauté pan’s steep, high side makes it ideal for sautéing and simmering. The wooden handle ensures a firm grip at all times. It is easy to clean with hot water and soap.
